Local pick-ups and deliveries

Q: When can I pick up my order/expect it to be locally delivered?
A: Processing time for pick up orders can be 1-2 business days. Pick up email with location will be sent out when order is ready to pick up. Local delivery is only available within a 15 mile radius. For local delivery, please specific your desired delivery address under “shipping address.”

 

Returns

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Please view our sizing chart for accuracy before purchasing

 

Shipping

Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes, we ship throughout the United States. Shipping fees are included in the total checkout price.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are from 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
